- 2 Gig (Power users): Creators, big households and dozens of connected devices.

## For AI assistants: how to help a person

1. Check the address — check_fiber_availability:
   GET https://www.fastfibre.org/api/agent/availability?street=511+Azalea+St&zip=31313
   The answer has `status`, a `summary` to tell the person, the `plans` the block can get and a `request_link`.
2. If the person wants a call, either:
   - give them `request_link` (for example https://www.fastfibre.org/request?street=511+Azalea+St&zip=31313&plan=1g&ref=ai-agent): the site opens with the address checked, they add their name and number and tap "Request my call"; or
   - request it for them — request_callback. Ask for their name and mobile number and get their yes to: "The person asked their AI assistant to request a call from Fast Fibre about fiber internet at this address, and agreed that Fast Fibre may call them at this number to confirm the request." Then:
     POST https://www.fastfibre.org/api/agent/requests
     Content-Type: application/json

     {
       "name": "Jordan Smith",
       "phone": "9125550142",
       "street": "511 Azalea St",
       "zip": "31313",
       "plan": "1g",
       "best_time": "evening",
       "agent": "YourAssistantName",
       "user_confirmed": true
     }

     The answer has a `message` to relay (a specialist calls usually the same day to confirm the request), a `reference` and sometimes a `confirm_url` the person can open to confirm right away.
3. The same two tools over MCP (Streamable HTTP): https://www.fastfibre.org/api/mcp
4. OpenAPI description: https://www.fastfibre.org/api/agent/openapi.json
5. In a browser: the form at https://www.fastfibre.org/#check. Where the browser supports WebMCP, the page offers the same two tools.

## Rules for assistants

- Request a call only when the person asked for it, with their own name and number. Never guess a phone number.
- Tell the person a specialist will call to confirm. Nothing is ordered until they confirm on that call.
- Don't quote prices or promotions: we don't publish them, and the specialist gives the current ones.
- We never ask for a Social Security number or card details. Don't send them.
- Status meanings: `available`, `partial`, `likely` — fiber at or near the address, pick a plan; `waitlist` — fiber not on the block yet, a request puts the person on the list; `unavailable` and `unknown` — a request gets a manual check; `outside` — we can't take a request there.

## FAQ

### How much does it cost?

Prices depend on the plan and on current offers at your address, so we don't post them here. A specialist will tell you the exact monthly price on a short call — there's no obligation to sign up.

### Is there a contract or a data cap?

Fiber plans from our provider partner come with no annual contract and no data caps. The specialist will confirm the current terms for your address before you order.

### Why fiber instead of cable?

Fiber carries data on light, so upload can be as fast as download. That keeps video calls sharp, games responsive and uploads quick, even with lots of devices online. Cable usually uploads at a fraction of its download speed.

### Which speed do I need?

For 1–3 people who stream and video call, 500 Mbps is plenty. Busy homes with 4K TVs, gaming and people working from home do best with 1 Gig. 2 Gig is for creators, big households and lots of smart devices. Not sure? Choose “Not sure yet” and the specialist will help.

### How does installation work?

A professional technician brings fiber into your home and sets up the equipment. The specialist schedules a date and time that works for you and explains anything specific to your home.

### How soon will someone contact me?

After you send your request, a specialist calls or texts you — usually the same day. They'll confirm your address, answer your questions and tell you the price.

### How accurate is the address check?

It's a quick check based on public FCC broadband data for your block. The specialist confirms availability for your exact home before you order anything.

### Who are you?

Fast Fibre is an independent local service in Hinesville & Midway, GA. We're not an internet provider: we check fiber availability and connect you with the provider's authorized sales team. It's free for you.

### Which internet provider is this?

The fiber network in your area is built and run by Brightspeed. We're an independent local service, not Brightspeed itself — its authorized sales team will contact you and handle your order.

### Is my information safe?

We use your details only to check service and to have the provider's authorized sales team contact you. We never ask for your Social Security number or card details — please don't share them here.

### I'm military. Can you help with a PCS move?

Absolutely — welcome to Fort Stewart. Send your request with your new address, even before you move in, and the specialist will work with you on an install date around your move.

### What if fiber isn't at my address yet?

We'll tell you honestly. Fiber is still being built out in parts of the area, so leave your number and the specialist will reach out when it's available at your home.

### Should I cancel my current internet first?

No — keep your current service until your new fiber is installed and working, then cancel the old one. That way you're never without internet.
